Youth Driving Change
How are young people transforming their communities and shaping the world’s future? Across Jersey Overseas Aid’s (JOA) programmes, youth are stepping up as powerful leaders, championing gender equality, driving economic empowerment, and pioneering climate-smart solutions.
Our current grants
JOA concentrates its development grants on six countries selected for their need, low levels of corruption and strength of relationship with Jersey.
Our target countries are Ethiopia, Malawi, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Zambia and Nepal. JOA also supports Jersey Charities working overseas and provides humanitarian assistance in many other countries.
